The fluid in braking system runs from the master cylinder to the brakes themselves mainly via rigid metal pipes. But there needs to be some flexibility in the system to allow the wheels to move in relation to body of the vehicle, whether for the purposes of steering or suspension. This is provided by fitting flexible brake hoses. Inflexible tubes would not allow for the articulation of the wheel ends without subsequent failure, hence use of flexible brake hose becomes important.

While driving, brake lights indicate the people behind about your actions like stopping or slowing down. In case the brake light fails to work, risk of accident prevails. Brakelightswitchis connected to thebrakepedal, as soon as you step on the brakepedal, instantaneously thebrakelights turn on.

1. There are two ends of brake switch, one end contains wiring which has to be connected with battery and brake light as other end, contains spring which is to be connected with brake pedal. (When brake pedal pressed then brake switch activates brake light).

Brake pedals find its application primarily as a lever mechanism, which increase the pressure applied by the driver manifold and supplies it to the disc through brake fluid.

How to put it in vehicle:

1. There are two mounting holes bore 10 mm provided on brake pedal.
2. Brake pedal can be installed on any of desired position as it must be on proper angle to ensure ease of accessibility.

Hydraulic brake switch is a device that converts hydraulic pressure changes into electrical energy based upon transducer activation. They are fitted into a container of oil or brake fluid to measure pressure. Depending on the desired need they can turn on due to pressure decrease or increase or even at multiple pressure points.

1. Connect brake lines with T- joint and on one end connect brake switch with its fine external threads which syncs with T-joint's internal threads (Use nylon tape for leakage proofing)
2. Connect wires with connectors provided on brake switch.
