Treadle guillotine shearing machines are indispensable in sheet metal industries as they lead amongst all on account of versatile design, rigid construction, rigorous tests for the capacities and appearance. They are specially designed for rapid and continuous cutting of steel sheets of varied widths and trimming them in unlimited lengths. Available in cast iron body or in all steel construction.
Features :
In every machine, the bed and top beam have full adjustments for correct setting and easy removal of blades for accurate cutting and for regrinding.
The spring loaded pressure pad holds the sheets firmly while shearing thereby giving the perfect parallelism of cutting on either side. The adjustable front and back gauges with running Tee slots facilitate adjustment of various widths of the cuts and avoid any kind of twistings, turning of sheets while cutting. Square guide on the side of the table facilitates square cuts. The cutting edge blades avoid frequent grinding and adjustment and also very easy to grind to the rectangular shape and are manufactured in collaboration with very good German firm.
Highly compared English springs balance the treadle to correct level. The top beam guides are adjustable for compensating wear and tear as also setting of the upper blade.
These blades can be used with slight change in cutting angle to ribs, plastics, card board, rubber, mica etc., without any sign of squeezing or crushing.

| Hot Press is used to press and paste the mica to the board. In this machine the mica and the particle board are bonded together with the help of adhesive and heat of electrical heaters. The adhesive is applied on the board the mica and are placed in the machine. The heaters at the set temperature are heated and maintain that temperature automatically and the bottom plates of the press with the help of a switch start moving toward the upward direction. At the set pressure the plate will stop and start moving downward at the interval set by the user. Remove the board, mica is pasted on the board is ready for use. |
Head Trimming Machines Type BIC are fully automatic for Cold Trimming Screws, Bolts Rivets and similar Products.

Frame :Rigid steel frame of shears are optimally designed to avoid week sections at load support and is of interlocked design.The ram is guided throughout its length by accurate machined guideways ensuring proper clearance and clean cut.

This machine is best suited for small batch production or when cost of press tools and dies is prohibitive. While the capacities indicated below are for mild steel, the machine is often used for many other materials as well.
DESCRIPTION :
The Sheet Metal Nibbling Machine is a rugged, sturdy and reliable multipurpose machine capable of sheet cutting & forming operations. Its verstility is best expressed by terming it the Sheet Metal Workers lathe. The working principle on which nibbling operates is the sheet is cut or formed between the fast reciprocating motion of an upper tool (powered by an electric motor and driven by an ecentric crank) and a stationery lower tool, by progressive punching, as the sheet is fed.

The Plate and Section Shearing Machines 5S / 13R are versatile in application. The welded construction gives well defined passages for letting sheets and plates pass during shearing operations. A hand pin connects the pair of lever slides with the blade slide. The connection is effected by the insertion of the hand pin in the rear hole for shearing full capacity materials and in the front hole for shearing lighter materials.
The 5S / 13R and 5 S / 16R in addition to a rack and pinion arrangement are equipped with a ratchet gearing mechanism which reduces the physical effort appreciably. Light materials can be sheared by a direct pull of the lever which engages the gear pawl and disengages the pressure and locking pawl. Materials upto the maximum machine capacity can be sheared with moderate effort when the pawl transmission gear is engaged.
| The group of plate and section shearing machine is fitted with one pair of plate shearing blades and one pair of section shearing blades. Sliding pieces of of section shearing blades can be adjusted by hand to make right-angle cuts on Angle and Tee section of different sizes. The accurately machined and uniform slide ways accommodate a heavy blade slide which operates vertically, without any play. Each machine is fitted with a swivel type down holder in the front and a feed-guide cum down-holder for sections in the rear. |
