portable incinerator as the name suggests is conceptualized to destroy the biological hazardous waste generated at hospitals and medical facilities. Incinerators are very useful to destroy the infectious waste material generated at health-care facilities. The unit is designed for quick and safe disposal of waste of hospital, nursing homes, industries, bio-medical wastes, experimental animals bodies waste generated in various research laboratories.
process explaination
incinerator works on the fundamentals of thermal destruction using controlled combustion chamber. Combustion is controlled and ensures adequate heat convection to destroy the waste into disposable state. Combustion chamber is adequately insulated and is provided with high grade kanthal a-1 super heating elements so as to ensure high temperature for safe disposal and has an in built ventilation exhaust system through a metallic duct provided on the top.
