Candle molding machine is used for producing tealight candles, household candles, taper candles, spiral candles, and pillar candles, etc.
The production cycle of the machine is divided into the following steps:
Heating the molds with water
Pouring in the wax
Cooling the molds with water
Removal of excess wax
Ejection of the candles from the molds
Grabbing the finished candles
Trimming the wick to the desired length
Manual removal of the finished candles

Tealight rotary pressing machine is used for pressing wax powder by rotary pressing system to get tealight wax block. It can complete the process of wax powder feeding, pressing and final wax block output. It can produce tealight wax block with different height and different weight by adjusting the mold.
This machinery is usually connected with tea light production line to realize fully automatic production.
