Concept of the fluid bed
The bed has the appearance of a vigorously boiling liquid, and in fact the bed of material takes on many of the properties of a fluid. It exerts a hydrostatic head, and the material will flow through a hole in the vessel or over and under a weir within the bed.

Oscillating Granulator

The Oscil1ating Mills machines are designed for an easy introduction in a production line. The rotor bearing are tight and mounted on the outside of the housing, thus preventing any contact with the product to be granulated.

The oscillatory motion of the rotor against the sieve causes the granules an exceptional uniformity and to the machine a high output. The size of the grain is determined by the mesh opening (mesh size) of the sieve.

Tray Dryer

  • Construction : External:2MM Thkinternal:2MM THKMOC: cGMP
  • Surface Finish : External: Buffed to 150 grit matt finish INTERNAL: Buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.
  • Inlet & Outlet : All dryers have a 5 micron pre filter r at the inlet and a manually infinite adjustable damper at the outlet.
  • Door : Doors at provided at the front and / or rear side of the tray dryer. Door lips are lined with silicon ruuber gasket to prevent any leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors.
  • Air Circulation : Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the tray dryer. The blower capacity , static & design depends on the size and model of dryer.
  • Heating : Dryers are normally supplied with either steam/ electric/ thermic fluid / hot water heating system. Suitable heating coils / caloriefiers are provided in the dryers.
  • Temperature Control : Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.
  • Trays : Trays are available in S.S. 304/ 316 q. All trays are fully die pressed and with cooved corners. Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are also available in aluminum / Polypropylene / Frp/ M.S. galvanized as per clients requirements.
  • Trolley : Trolley is provided in the dryers to accommodate trays in it. Trolley truck are used to load and unload the trays into the dryer.
  • Control Panel : Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, ckt breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons , timers, controllers etc.

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Mixing Bowl & Cover:S.S. 304 bowl design in three sections i.e Flat bottom, Cylindrical mid portion and conical top portion for efficient mixing operation & provided with counter balanced lid. Lid provided with vents, view ports & charging openings.

Main Impeller & Drive:The main impeller consists of dual speed 750/1500 synchronous dual HP TEFC motor, coupled through a belt drive to a worm reduction gearbox with chain coupling. The impeller is designed to provide mixing at the bottom and at the centre of the bowl and is driven through a specially designed bearing housing that facilities inside wash facility for quick change over and also prevents leakage of powder from bottom entry and leads to longer life of gear box.

Chopper:The chopper drive consists of dual HP Dual speed (1440/2800 synchronous speed) TEFC MOTOR. The motor shaft is of S.S. and the chopper has specially designed 4 blade S.S. Impeller. The shaft is integral with the motor. The assembly mounted horizontally into the bowl.

Discharge Port:The discharge port is mounted horizontally into the bowl with vertical downward opening. The opening is operated by pneumatic cylinder and discharged can be regulated for required opening.

Mounting:A sturdy M.S. channel frame is used to house the drive assemblyat the bottom. The bowl is mounted on the top. A S.S. staircase and railings are provided for the platform. The platform is half covered with S.S, dimpled plates. For safe movement of operater and the area under the bowl is covered with S.S.
The entire body is covered from the sides by suitable S.S. covers.
NOTE: For RMG 25, Which is a lab model working platform, staircase and railing is not provided. The operator can ascess the machine from the ground level of the machine. Also the entire mounting is covered with S.S

Control Panel:The control panel is mounted on platform and is provided with

Automatic Cream Mmanufacturing Plant

The vessels are Jacketed, insulated, cladded and with suitable agitator assembly in each vessel. Wax is melted in Wax melting vessel, Water is heated in water heating vessel. Both wax and water are transferred into the manufacturing vessel automatically through vacuum. In manufacturing vessel both wax and water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion is formed active ingredients / colors etc are added and are thoroughly mixed & homogenized. Later necessary perfume is added in case of cosmetics or wherever necessary. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of non magnetic stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel.Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with S.S. sheet on both sides. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with asbestos sheet or glass wool which prevent heat losses due toradiation and is covered by strong rolled steel sheet duly painted.

BoilerMade of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on a individual pressure gauge.

Safety Lock for DoorEvery horizontal rectangular sterilizer is fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY DOOR which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure.The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensure steam tight fitting.

Pressure ControlElectrically operated PIEZOSTAT (Pressure Control Device) is incorporated in all electrically operated sterilizers. It economises power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room.It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises heaters when pressure falls down.

SterilizationComplete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of Multi port valve fitted at front top. Two speeds of exhaust are available for evacuating.

The ChamberTwo separate valves provided for evacuating air and steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired. A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically.

Switch BoxHouses the Pressure control switch, Main switch, Pilot lamps, relays etc. and mounted on the stand of the sterilizer for easy operation.

Tray Dryer

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Mixing Bowl & Cover:S.S. 304 bowl design in three sections i.e Flat bottom, Cylindrical mid portion and conical top portion for efficient mixing operation & provided with counter balanced lid. Lid provided with vents, view ports & charging openings.

Main Impeller & Drive:The main impeller consists of dual speed 750/1500 synchronous dual HP TEFC motor, coupled through a belt drive to a worm reduction gearbox with chain coupling. The impeller is designed to provide mixing at the bottom and at the centre of the bowl and is driven through a specially designed bearing housing that facilities inside wash facility for quick change over and also prevents leakage of powder from bottom entry and leads to longer life of gear box.

Chopper:The chopper drive consists of dual HP Dual speed (1440/2800 synchronous speed) TEFC MOTOR. The motor shaft is of S.S. and the chopper has specially designed 4 blade S.S. Impeller. The shaft is integral with the motor. The assembly mounted horizontally into the bowl.

Discharge Port:The discharge port is mounted horizontally into the bowl with vertical downward opening. The opening is operated by pneumatic cylinder and discharged can be regulated for required opening.

Mounting:A sturdy M.S. channel frame is used to house the drive assemblyat the bottom. The bowl is mounted on the top. A S.S. staircase and railings are provided for the platform. The platform is half covered with S.S, dimpled plates. For safe movement of operater and the area under the bowl is covered with S.S.
The entire body is covered from the sides by suitable S.S. covers.
NOTE: For RMG 25, Which is a lab model working platform, staircase and railing is not provided. The operator can ascess the machine from the ground level of the machine. Also the entire mounting is covered with S.S

Double Cone Blender

Double Cone Blender is ideal for mixing of powders and homogenous lubrication of granules. Cones are manufactured out of SS 316 quality sheet. To enhance the missing, paddle blades are provided on central shaft. Drive motor is connected to a gear box on SS rigid stand. Charging height varies as per the capacities. Suitable opening for charging with SS cover and lock nuts, discharge port is fitted with mucon/butterfly valve which helps to unload powder faster. Pipe guards provided with limit switch interlocking to motor, which ensures safe operation for higher capacities. Two-Thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.

Automatic Cream Mmanufacturing Plant

The vessels are Jacketed, insulated, cladded and with suitable agitator assembly in each vessel. Wax is melted in Wax melting vessel, Water is heated in water heating vessel. Both wax and water are transferred into the manufacturing vessel automatically through vacuum. In manufacturing vessel both wax and water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion is formed active ingredients / colors etc are added and are thoroughly mixed & homogenized. Later necessary perfume is added in case of cosmetics or wherever necessary. Ointment / Cream is ready. The same is transferred by bump pump into the storage vessel. & from the storage vessel it is automatically transferred into the filling machine by means of metering pump. Flow rate of Metering pump of cream manufacturing plant or ointment manufacturing plant can be set as per your tube filling machines speed and capacity.

Rectangular Sterilizer

IntroductionThe sterilizer is based on the principle that microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temp is rapid and thorough. All models work on downward displacement of air principle which is most economical method of obtaining for all types of bulk sterilization which are commonly needed in Medical, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical institutes.Suitable for sterilizing hospital dressings, linen, rubber plastic goods, surgical instruments, glasswares and utensils etc.

ConstructionRobust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of non magnetic stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel.Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with S.S. sheet on both sides. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with asbestos sheet or glass wool which prevent heat losses due toradiation and is covered by strong rolled steel sheet duly painted.

BoilerMade of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on a individual pressure gauge.

Safety Lock for DoorEvery horizontal rectangular sterilizer is fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY DOOR which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure.The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensure steam tight fitting.

Pressure ControlElectrically operated PIEZOSTAT (Pressure Control Device) is incorporated in all electrically operated sterilizers. It economises power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room.It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises heaters when pressure falls down.

SterilizationComplete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of Multi port valve fitted at front top. Two speeds of exhaust are available for evacuating.

The ChamberTwo separate valves provided for evacuating air and steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired. A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically.

Switch BoxHouses the Pressure control switch, Main switch, Pilot lamps, relays etc. and mounted on the stand of the sterilizer for easy operation.

Other Features
TRIPLE SAFETY : The sterilizer is provided with triple safety.(a) By a pressure control switch which automatically limits the pressure to the required set valve.(b) Two spring loaded safety valves one each at chamber and boiler level.(c) A dead weight safety valve at chamber level.A PLUG SCREEN prevents the discharge line from choking.
