Construction :Special Spring like Metal strips are wound with an Asbestos Filler by a special process to assure a leak proof seal. The sealing is done by the Asbestos Filler and the metal strip provides the spring. This combination of metal and soft asbestos Filler piles compresses to its predetermined thickness under bolting pressure and thereby preventing leakage within the limit of its specified pressure and temperature ranges. With the addition of Centering devices, adapt "SPITMAAN" Spiral Wound Gaskets to use on many types of flanges and closures.

They are strong, flexible and easy to cut and can be used for gaskets even with very narrow borders. The unique cellular structure compresses under pressure and creates a reverse pressure on the restraining forces. This "fight back" is a primary requirement in any good gasket material.

Elasticity is particularly important when gaskets are exposed to varying pressure and temperature over long periods of time. Rubber cork retains this elasticity for long periods of time under extreme temperature and liquid immersion conditions. Rubber cork is available in a wide range of different grades. Apart from the standard size of 610 x 915 mm and 915 x 915 mm, we are able to produce made to order sizes to minimize wastages at customers end. These can be supplied in different lengths and widths, in sheets as well as in rolls.

Rubber cork is also available in blocks, which can be used as per your particular production process. We also specialize in manufacture of Rubberized Cork Frames and Gaskets to individual sizes. Manufacturing of joint less frames and gaskets is our specialization. Though our production covers a wide range for different applications, we can produce material to confirm to your special requirements and specifications such as granule size, tensile strength, compressibility and oil swell.

Machineability

Our boards can be easily machined by normal engineering methods provided certain, simple precautions are observed. Construction :Combination packing made of a high-grade PTFE yarn with aramid corners.

Application :A non toxic and dimensionally stable packing suitable for corrosive chemicals and abrasive media. This packing is also used as an anti extrusion rings as it can withstand high pressure in rotary as well as reciprocating applications. Widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries, dairies, refineries, fertilizer plants, etc.

Construction :Diagonally braided from pure expanded flexible graphite yarn.

Application :Very flexible and supple packing, excellent alternative to pre-formed graphite-rings. The benefits of this packing are low friction and excellent thermal conductivity. It can be used with steam, water, oils, alkalies, acids, solvents, paints, varnishes on pumps and valves in high temperature and high pressure environments prevailing in power plants, boiler houses, refineries, steel mills, petrochemical industries, etc.

Construction :High tensile yarn made from a special grade PTFE, impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricated with inert high temperature lubricant.

Application :This packing has particular characteristics such as low coefficient of friction and excellent tightness, making it suitable for rotary, reciprocating and static applications. It is widely used in all type of industries where purity and safety are vital criteria, such as food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, etc.

Construction :A malleable paste made from special grade PTFE or special grade PTFE bonded with high purity graphite, and a balanced compound of various oils, greases & binders.

Application :This self-lubricating putty has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, and reduces friction on shafts. It is widely used on scored shafts and valve stems, in pumps, valves, reactors, agitators, etc. It is recommended to use anti extrusion rings of Kohinoor style 51 / Style 62 / Style 71.

Natural Rubber Sheets

These rubber sheets offer outstanding physical properties along with temperature resistance used for service temperature up to 80C. This product is great solution for variant industries but it has poor resistance to petroleum-based ozone, fluids and sunlight.

Neoprene Rubber Sheets

These sheets are best for acids, alkalis and open flames. The neoprene sheets supplied by us are outstanding for high temperature range of 40 C to 120 C. These sheets are meagerly used in different organizations like refineries, processing units and chemical industries.

Nitrile Rubber Sheets

These sheets have excellent resistance for petroleum products and many more industries like oil resistant seals and gaskets. The nitrile rubber sheets stocked by us can easily work on highest temperature of 110 F. These sheets contain good physical properties like abrasion resistance and good ageing resistance.

Silicone Rubber Sheets

These sheets contain good resistance for chemicals, acids and alkalis. These retain electrometric properties at any temperature. It stands at 200 C easily. These sheets have high resistance for ozone, ultraviolet radiation and oxygen but these are not good for oil industries.

E.P.D.M Rubber Sheets

The E.P.D.M rubber sheets made by us have outstanding compatibility with huge range of chemicals and intermediates. These sheets are extensively used in chemical, fertilizer plants and pharmaceutical industries.

Viton Rubber Sheets

The viton sheets produced by us are used for specific industries of heat and oil resistance. These exhibit excellent resistance for ageing and flame.

Polyurethane Sheets

We produce high performance polyurethane sheets, which contains excellent resistance to abrasion, tear and various solvents. But these cannot be used at high temperature.

Electrical Rubber Sheets

These sheets are used for electrical panel boar and it is available in black and red color with checkered pattern.

Floor Matting

We make floor mating in various colors and designs like coir mating, hallow mats, button mats and corrugated sheets. These are used in warehouses and in many more industries.
