The cloves are then transported from the collection centers to our central warehouse where the cloves are processed. Dried in our very own sterile drying yards, they are then cleaned and packaged for international shipment worldwide. Cloves are mainly used in Asian and Middle Eastern cooking, and add a distinct flavor to a meal, pairing nicely with other ingredients such as cinnamon or basil.
