Fatty Acids Distillation plant is broadly divided into three main section. vis. de-gasification, pre-cut system and main distillation system. These main process section are supported for optimum cooling based on thermostatised water system.
Crude fatty acids mass is filtered, pre-heated and fed to the de-gasifying unit operating under vacuum, where it is dried and de-gasified. Crude fatty acids, from de-gasifier is heated through thermic fluid exchanger and fed to the pre-cut column.
The pre-cut column operates under vacuum and is composed of various section; starting from bottom, the main sections are vaporization section, Two sections of distillation packing bed, pump-around section and scrubbing section. From bottom of the column, the product is sent to Fatty Acid Distillation column.
The main distillation column operates under vacuum and is composed of various section; starting from bottom the main sections are vaporization section, stripping section, one set of washing section, one pump-around section and one scrubbing section

It is a process used for removal of free fatty acid De- Acidificationodoriferous impurities by heating the oil under high vacuum using sparging steam. Due to this, low boiling component get distilled off under this condition and low FFA oil is obtained.
Strategically Designed, combination of tower and fatly add scrubber, ensures practically no carry over of fatty acids into vacuum system. ALI Engineering Works also have economically designed Deodorizer and Physical Refining Plant for different Oil and lower capacities.
Physical Refining process is used to remove Free Fatty Acid, using Steam Distillation method at high temperature very high vacuum.
Deodorization process is used to remove unacceptable odour by Steam Distillation, the Odoriferous Compound are distilled out with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum.

Glycerine Distillation Plant is broadly divided into three main sections viz.de-aeration section, distillation section and bleaching section.
The de-aeration loop consists of a re-circulation pump and heat exchanger. The pump circulates the crude glycerine to the de-aeration vessel and feeds de-aerated crude glycerine to the distillation column.
The distillation section is composed of various systems consisting off vaporization system, stripping system, rectification system, pumparound system and scrubbing system.
Bleaching section composed of two fixed beds of activated carbon. Distilled glycerine is cooled to bleaching temperature and then passed through the bleachers.
The bleached glycerine is filtered and then finally cooled down to storage temperature before discharging to the battery limits.

Soap Saponification VesselSoap saponification process is done in a specially designed heavy-duty vessel. This vessel is specially designed to keep all the points in mind for better convenience in operation and better saponification process. In this process oils are heated in vessel by the steam of boiler and proper quantity of caustic soda (NAOH) is added for full saponification.
Steam BoilerSteam boiler is used for generating of steam from water. Steam is required for heating of oils in soap saponification vessel .
Soap chips making machineSoap chips making machine is used to make chips of soap bars. It is necessary to convert soap bars in to chips form for proper drying.
Soap mixer machineThis process is done for mixing of all raw materials. Soap mixer machine is used for mixing of all the additives with raw soap and makes a hard paste form. Soap mixing process is done in a specially designed soap mixer machine.
Soap roller machineSoap roller machine is used for rolling of soap for better mixing process of all the raw materials as well some more shining of final soap. After the soap rolling process, output soap will be in thin ribbon form.
Soap duplex plodder machineThe plodder is used for compression of soap. This is duplex (double) plodder in which first is noodles plodder and second is bar plodder. From the first plodder, the output is in noodles form and which will automatically fed in to the second plodder. The final output will be in bar form.
Soap Circular bar cutting machineThe out put soap will be in bar form from the die of soap duplex plodder machine. Soap circular bar cutting machine is used for cutting of soap bars automatically.

Soap Stamping MachineSoap stamping process is done through soap stamping machine. Soap stamping process gives the exact shape and size of final soap. The high temperature Thermic Fluid Heater is a forced Circulation water tube design in which thermic fluid under pressure circulate though a set of nested coils while draft combustion gases travel across the coils. The hot gases envelop the entire tube surface making maximum use of both Radiant & convective heat to achieve very high heat transfer rates.
A circulating pump is selected to give the proper flow rate and pressure for each application to optimize motor horse power required while maintaining low film temp. to ensure long fluid life. Temperature controls monitor the output temperature and regulates the supply of fuel & air to the furnace to provide efficient combustion of the fuel.
Feature:Excess Air Reduction: Radiant Heat Exchange above the furnace cooled. Hence, less excess air is required and ultimately increase efficiency.
Air preheating: combustion air from FD fan passes through air preheater that absorbs the waste heat in the fuel gases. It ultimately results into efficiency increase.
Balanced Draught System: It means reduction of infiltration of unwanted air though fire gates of minimum level. It results into maximum heat recovery from air preheater and assures greater efficiency.
Multifuel Option: Energy Thermopak is most suitable for Coal, Wood Waste, Bagasse, Lignite etc. for optimum level output with some modification in combustion chamber. Service is extended on client's demand.
