1 Products availableLeading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Special Noble Metal Thermocouples, Ceramic Tubes For Thermocouples and Special Base Metal Thermocouples.
We produce and create assemblies for rare metal thermocouples. Platinum and rhodium alloy conductors are used to make platinum rhodium thermocouples, which can measure temperatures up to +1800 °C. Because of their sturdy design, they are ideal for demanding industrial application.
The ideal operating temperature range is between 1200 and 1800 °C.
Available in Designs AsHead Type, Connector Type, L-Shaped, Mineral Insulated. With different designs & configurations, the buyer is capable to choose from various sheathing options as well. These include High-Alumina ceramic, SS, Inconel, Silicon-Nitride, Silicon-Nitride-Bonded (for zinc, aluminum, copper & molten metal applications) and more. This ofcourse depends on the requirement, application and material involved in the process.

We supply the best quality of Ceramic tubes for temperature ranges from 0-1700 degrees celsius.
Thermocouple Ceramic tubes are mainly of two types :
Tubes can be purchased in varios sizes, diameters amd Lengths of upto 1500MM. Tubes are Both-End opened as well as One end closed.
No. of bores can be customized and manufactured as per your requirements.
We produce and design base metal thermocouple assemblies. Depending on the thermocouple type, base metal thermocouples may measure temperatures between -270 and +1300°C because they are built from conductors containing nickel alloys. They have a robust design that is suitable for demanding industrial use.
The process it is measuring will need to be protected from contaminating the base metal thermocouple connection. The best protective sheath for each thermocouple should be used for that application.
-270 to 1300 degrees Celsius is the operating temperature range.
