Akshay udyog industries was established in the year 1986 primarily for the manufacture and supply of welding spm, welding equipments.

Plant is equipped with modern machine shop, heavy fabrication shop, facilities for shot blasting, zinc / aluminum / copper spray metalizing, liquid spray painting and hot dip galvanizing, meeting the customer’s required specific quality requirements.

Our fabrication shop is well equipped with latest machinery and has production capacity of 1000 mt per month.

Our company is iso 9001- 2008 certified and has dedicated work force backed by team of well experienced managers, staff & supervisor to execute the orders adhering to customer specific quality norms and delivery schedules. This helps us in keeping us well ahead of all our competitors.

This company is certified for iso 9001: 2008 quality system, with well trained operators from fabrication & manufacturing equipment, experienced managers and qualified supervisors & workforce coupled with management support.steel structural fabrication, capacity-600 mt, shot blasting, zinc spray metalizing & powder coating. Hot dip galvanizing bath is of 3.5 meter length, 1.1 meter width and 1.5 meter in depth. Hot dip kettle is of 8 meters length x 1.4 meters width x 1.6 meters depth, facilitates to accommodate job lengths of more than 15 meters, by adopting double dip method. The company has successfully developed variety of control and tomation products over the years as a result of continuous efforts and enterprise thereby providing effective welding solution to control problems.
