  • Working Principle
  • Through vibrating feeder, the raw materials are continuously and quantitatively transported from hopper to grinding chamber. Materials are grinded in the grinding chamber. The grinded powder will be blown up and be classified by cage-type classifier. The qualified powder goes through the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and then be discharged by pneumatic discharging valve as final powders. The air current is sucked into centrifugal blower from upper pipe of cyclone collector. It is a closed air flow system and circulates under negative pressure.

Working Principle

  • Working Principle

  • Working Principle
  • Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.After this, the ground stuff are carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The sets airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

  • Working Principle
  • The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. Working Principle

  • Working Principle
  • The motor drives the main shaft and every turnplate through the reducer. The reducer drives dozens of rollers to rotate against race way of ring through pin. The material falls to circle under the centrifugal force and comes down to raceway of ring to be crushed into powder.   • High Pressure Suspension mill is mainly made up of the mainframe, separator, blower, finished powder cyclone collector, bag filter and connecting pipes, etc.According to users need, the mill can also be equipped with accessory equipments like crusher, bucket elevators, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and switch box, etc. Inside the mainframe, the roller subassembly is suspended on the roller suspender through horizontal supporting axis, and the roller suspender fixed up with the main shaft and shovel stand. Located outside of the roller bearing house, the pressure springs make rollers push down the inside surface of ring through horizontal supporting axis. Shovels installed on the shovel stand and rollers rotate together when the motor drives main shaft through transmission device and the rollers roll appressed the inside surface of ring and rotate at the same time. The separator impellers are driven by motor through transmission device to rotate, more higher the speed of separator impellor, more fine the powders been separated.

  • Working Principle
  • When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.

  • Working Principle
  • This european type coarse powder hammer mill is consisted by the steel frame, rotor, blow bar, grizzly screen, etc. The upper part and lower part of steel frame are firmly welded, while other parts are connected by the bolts. With the high manganese steel liner which is easily changed if it is worn out, the steel frame is well protected. There are sets of hammers with exactly the same weight installed on the main shaft, and tightened by high-strength bolts. When it works, the motor drives the main shaft and rotors on it to rotate through V-belts. The bulk of materials will be fed into crushing cavity through inlet, and get hitten and crushed by rapidly moving hammer. Then the stone small enough to be discharged through the grizzly screen will be collected as final products, the rest would be stucked in the crushing cavity and be crushed again and again. To avoid clogging, moisture content of the material should be below 20%.

  • Working Principle
  • Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.After this, the ground stuff are carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The sets airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

  • Working Principle
  • The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.
