This length grader which is widely used in rice milling plants and processing units has been a huge hit among our clients. Features :compact constructionprecise adjustment in small range steady performanceeasy to operatelow maintenanceenergy efficientoperating theory : the cylinder made up of indented sheet, keep hold the grain of its indent size within it and left it in screw conveyor, suspended independently in the cylinder, while it rotates over it. Longer grains never picked up in indents because of their big size then indent and these start moves toward outlet side along the length of cylinder. The small size of grains picked and separated by indents and then dropped in the screw conveyor, which are then pushed out by the screw conveyor. Different indents are used to separate the grains according to length of grain or its broken, we have to separate.
