Other Info:

Handling, Storage, Packing and Delivery : All materials are handled carefully and are stored in a separate place. The units are first wrapped in plastic and then packed in multi ply corrugated boxes or wooden cases and they are properly labeled indicating model and serial number on them. The materials are delivered as per contract terms.

Corrective action : If a lot is totally rejected, the matter is taken up with the supplier for corrective action. If an accepted item is found to be faulty, then the case is taken up with the supplier or internal department to initiate corrective action by Quality-in-Charge or person assigned by him to do so.

Inspection : We never compromise on quality of materials and components. The individual in-charge of purchase scrutinizes, inspects and tests on 100% basis. We have all the facilities such as laboratory, testing equipment etc. for all the required in-house testing. The customers can present at the time of testing. Over and above our usual tests, if the customer wants any further tests, such details are included in the contract. Non-conformities on inspection and testing are brought to the attention of the Quality-in-Charge who is authorized to take appropriate action.

Purchasing : We have qualified vendors on our list. Each and every purchase is closely monitored for quality, which will result in satisfactory end products. The materials with slight deviation from our standard are totally rejected.
