Airtech manufactures Filter Cage which is marked by the premium quality and excellent performance. Filter Bag Cages are used for supporting a filter bag on a cell plate in Bag House. Our filter cages are carefully constructed to each individuals specific requirement. We provide a wide range of configuration to best fulfil your needs. Cage constructions consist of 8, 10, 12, or 20 vertical wires. Customized ring spacing standard is 100mm to 200mm. Cage diameters range from 4 to 8 (100mm to 200mm). Wire thickness ranges are 3.00mm to 5.00mm Dia.

We offer two-piece cage for application in low headroom situation, where access is a problem. This style can make for easier installation. We have different type of cage top such as low groove, straight flange, flange top with build in ventury , u type top, u type top with build in ventury

AIRTECH gives primary attention to the Filter bags. These are manufactured using the latest sophisticated technology and superior quality raw material. We can manufacture filter bags for pulse-jet systems and manual shaking system. Our bags are sewn with Japanese machine with 3 - needle chain stitch to ensure seam integrity. Top constructions consist of the snap band, flange top, ring top and raw edge. Bottom removal bags are constructed with a raw top or soft cuff. Top and bottom removal bag bottoms have disc bottoms that can be sewn using lock stitch.

Pleated dust collection cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media with different coatings on it, as perrequirement of applications.Manufacturer of dust collectors originally designed to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment; where as pleated bags can be used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without modifications. This polyester media is made of high tenacity filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attach & structurally durable. This unique & hard finished material provides features of good pleat ability, high durability, and unique structure of very fine filament

These filters are manufactured in multiple fold media spaced by hemmed edges of aluminium separators and packed specially designed frames to provide rigidity and uniform air flow. We use aluminium, S.S and G.I to make the body of Hepa filter according to customers requirement. Our sequential Timer has been designed to operate the pulse valve used on dust collectorequipment. light emitting diodes (LEDs) provide a visual indication of which pulse valve is being energized as well as power on indication. The number of sequenced steps is adjustable from 2 to 18. Controls are provided to adjust the length of time between valves being energized and length of time that the valve is energized. Silicon semiconductor components control all timing and logic function.
