Agro Extracts Plant
Agro Extracts Limited was promoted by Pradeep and Praveen Jaipuria in 1973 and has more than 70,000 sq ft of built-up area on a campus of 2.2 hectares. It has an annual turnover of USD 2,500,000.
Agro Extracts processes over 6000 tonnes of Neem Fruits and Seeds and produces 150 MT of Neem Oil and 5000 MT of Neem Cake annually.
Machinery:
We have a wholly integrated manufacturing facility for Neem Products with a fully equipped laboratory. We also have the capability to handle processes right from Drying and Cleaning Wet Fruits and Kernel Separation to Expelling, Pelleting, Pulverizing and Solvent Extraction all under one roof. A Qualified Technical team ensures strict Quality Control at all levels.
We operate the following plants :
1. 60 TPD Solvent Extraction Plant
2. 50 TPD Oil Mill
3. 70 TPM Di-Ethyl Phthalate Plant
Exports:
Neem Oil and Neem Cake have no entry barriers. We export Neem Products to various countries worldwide.
Awards:
We are recipients of Highest Processors' of Neemseed award by The Solvent Extractors' Association of India for the year 2005-06 and also from 1990-99.
