Our Scope -
Form A - Issue of installation Certificates to be issued by Licensed Agency.- regarding the compliance of the fire prevention and life safety measures in a building or a part thereof as required by or under the provisions of the Act, to be issued by a Licensed Agency, shall be in “Form – A”.
Form B - Issue of Form B Certification (Six monthly certificate to be given in every January and July by the owner or the occupier for regarding the maintenance of fire prevention and life safety measures in a building or premises being in good repair and efficient condition as specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Act.
