Our Products
Ourhot air generatorsconsist of ashell & tube type heat exchangerwhich is duly insulated to prevent radiation losses. The ventilation blower fitted along-side blows fresh air over the combustion chamber and the set of smoke tubes. In oil / gas fired options, an imported mono-bloc type fully automatic burner is provided for combustion of fuel. These can also be offered in solid fuel firing options. A dust-proof, pre-wired control panel is also supplied as a standard supply to control the operation of the unit based on customer requirements.
Heating OptionsHot Air Generatoris available in capacities from 30, 000 Kcal/hr to 10 Lac Kcal/hr.
This is one of the most trusted names amongThermic Fluid Heatersand is synonymous with high reliability, high efficiency, longer equipment life and lower operational & maintenance costs.
ConstructionThe hot thermic fluid is circulated in a closed circuit by a high temperature circulating pump and the heat is transferred to the process through an appropriate heat exchanger at user's end. A combined de-aerator cum expansion tank eliminates any liberated gases and absorbs the thermic fluid expansion during the heating process.
Various options of fuels are available like oil, gas, wood, coal, rice husk & other agrowaste fuels, thereby providing full flexibility and low operational energy costs
AdvantagesThermic fluid heateris available in capacities from 1 Lac Kcal/hr to 25 Lac Kcal/hr.
Our Pressurised Condensate Recovery Module (PCRM) is a unique system wherein the condensate generated from your process is fed backunder pressure directly to the boiler, unlike any other conventional condensate recovery system where the condensate is discharged at atmospheric pressure.
AdvantagesOur PCRM System Serves You The Following AdvantagesWe provide steam accumulators to meet the unique demands of fluctuating steam loads in plants. These are an excellent solution to plants where the average loads are low, but intermittent steam demands are high. The boilers designed as per the average steam loads are not able to match the peak steam flow requirements here the Steam accumulators provide the buffer to take care of the process steam requirements very effectively.
We can design a suitable sized accumulator as per customer's needs and process demands.
Self-supported type chimneys can be provided suiting the boiler size. These can be designed and manufactured as per IS-6533 standard to ensure compliance.
We manufacture all types of process tanks for storage of variety of fluids. The MOC of these tanks can be MS, SS-304, SS-316 to suit the applications as required.
The Applications Include:The capacities range from 100 liters upto 1, 00, 000liters.
We provide Steam pressure reducing stations for process application of Steam at a pressure lower than that of steam generation pressure of the main boiler.
Our PRS is a pre-engineered unit having reliable quality components for trouble free service. Most of the process industries use steam at different pressures for different applications. Hence, a properly sized PRS is required for efficient distribution of steam with minimum losses.
Steam Distribution HeaderSteam distribution header is usually located inside the boiler house. This could take inlet of steam from 1 or more boilers and distributes steam to the process lines as per the quantity & pressure requirements. The size of header depends upon the no. & size of connected boilers and the out-flow lines.
It is also installed at places where different pressures are required in process at different locations. These are designed as per IBR requirements and can be supplied with accessories like valves, NRVs, steam trap assemblies etc.
A steam trap is an essential element of a steam distribution piping system. As steam flows through a pipe, it cools off due to heat losses and converts into hot water; this hot water is called condensate. The function of a steam trap is to release condensate so that only steam remains in the system. In addition to condensate removal, a steam trap also performs air venting function, thereby increasing the thermal efficiency and reliability of the steam distribution system
