The tumbling action of the belt conveyor ensures that components are continually exposed to the blast stream and completely cleaned. For easy unloading, the belt conveyor is reversed, delivering the components into the loading skip or stillage.

Applications:

During shot blasting, the work pieces, regardless of size and shape, are evenly and continuously tumbled. This is necessary for the effective and uniform treatment of all surfaces. During tumbling, the work pieces continually undergo shot removal, enabling work piece interiors and cavities to be perfectly cleaned For the complete removal of all shot, the final tumbling time that follows the shot blast sequence can be regulated to suit the type of work pieces being blast cleaned The tightly sealed, leak-proof blast chamber minimizes shot consumption Steel/Metallic conveyor or rubber belt conveyor (depending on machine size and application)

The tumblast shot blast machines are an excellent method to clean and finish quantities of components such as castings and little fabrications. Swing Table type shot blast machines are designed and built with fully integrated blast cleaning systems to handle larger and/or more fragile castings than barrel machines. They provide a cost effective solution for batch cleaning.

Swing Table type Machine consists of a Horizontal door with a table type work/job handling system. This table is directly mounted on the door and it rotates on its own axis; the drive unit of this swing table is provided outside the door. This table swings out as the door is opened, making the full area easily approachable for loading and unloading of the components. For loading the components, the door of the machine is opened manually &components to be blasted are loaded onto the work table area and the door of the machine is closed.

After this Blast wheel unit, which is strategically placed on the Blast cabinet, is started. Blast wheel will fire the abrasive at high velocity on the components placed on the rotating work table and blast cleans them thoroughly. Rotational mechanism of the table ensures that each and every portion of the component will get exposed to the blast stream through cleaning. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensures optimum blast cleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy. After the required blasting cycle, the blast wheel unit shuts off and the door of the machine is opened manually for unloading of the components.

The Hanger Shot Blasting Machine is designed for automatic efficient shot blasting. The job is loaded on the Hanger Door where they are blasted inside the chamber. The cabinet is protected from erosion by LINERS (Hardened wear plates). The Dust particles generated in the system are collected in a number of Bags in a dust collector. Clean air is exhausted through an exhaust fan.

The Bags are cleaned by Pulse type Reverse Jet air cleaner controlled through Solenoid Valve and the collected dust particles fall in a dust bin and are taken out for disposal from time to time.
