Aeromech make Cleanroom Garment Storage Cabinet , which is used for storage of Clean apparel for clean rooms as these are equipped with HEPA filtered Vertical Laminar Air Flow system allows operation in sterile and particle free conditions because the continuous flushing of the working area by an unidirectional and vertical and ultra filtered air flow and UV germicidal tube. Air showers are self contained air chambers installed at the entrance to Cleanroom in order to minimize the amount of particulate containments entering the clean room. Personnel move through the air shower while particulate containments washed off with high velocity HEPA filtered air jets. This softwall cleanroom system consists of a Tubular Steel Frame Structure that supports the Ceiling Grid and Clear Vinyl Curtain Wall material. Filtered air is provided by Self Powered Filter Units mounted in-Ceiling that draw outside air thru a Prefilter and deliver filtered air through a Hepa filter into Cleanroom. Filtered air is exhausted from Cleanroom beneath the Curtain at Floor level. Clean levels will vary depending on quantity and configuration of Filters.

Aeromech make Class II Bio Safety Cabinet : Aeromech™ Class II Type B2 cabinets have HEPA filtered down flow air drawn from the laboratory, and exhaust 100% of the inflow and down flow air to the atmosphere after filtration through a HEPA filter. There is no recirculation of air in the cabinet or air returned to the laboratory. Where BSC applications could include work with more than minute quantities of volatile chemicals, or work with chemicals for which the physical properties or hazards are unknown or are known to present special hazards, a Type B2 cabinet is recommended. These cabinets provide 100% exhaust with no recirculation into the room or BSC. Exhaust from Type B2 cabinets must be interlocked with the blower or building exhaust system to prevent pressurization of the BSC. For applications that require product protection, such as transgenic animal or in vitro work, a chemical fume hood with not offer the necessary product protection.
