We at Aero Design & manufacturing the Heat Exchangers as per International Codes & standards e.g. ASME, BS, IS, TEMA etc. sizing of the Heat Exchangers are being carried out on HTRI followed by mechanical design on Compress Codeware. Also Carried out the design and analysis for external nozzle load as per WRC and FEA analysis. The equipment is also design for wind & seismic load as per different codes & Standards. Heat Exchanger is also check for vibration analysis, & Thermal expansion. Heat Exchangers are manufactured for C.S. S.S, Alloy Steel, Duplex, Non-Ferrous material as per the requirement under all most all Third Party Inspection Agencies.

Aero has expertise in Design, Manufacturing, & Supply of Compressor Accessories such as Inter Cooler, After Cooler, Oil Cooler, Volume Bottles, Separators, and Air Receiver etc for Air & Gas Compressor. Inter Cooler & After Cooler are Design and Manufacture for any Gases, on mounted or off mounted with and without Integral Separator. Aero Design, Manufacture & supply the Inter Cooler, After Cooler, Volume Bottle, Air Receiver etc. to MS. Ingersoll Rand & Dresser Rand on regular basis. Since last more than 20 years.
