The Valve uses the Screwed Seats in the application of switching the Valve on and off.

Therefore the process of switching the Valve on and off is basically not possible without the help of Screwed Seats.

Globe & Gate Valves are linear motion Valve and are primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow.

Conventional Globe Valves may be used for isolation and throttling services.

Although these Valves exhibit slightly higher pressure drops than straight through valves (e.g., gate, plug, ball, etc.), they may be used where the pressure drop through the Valve is not a controlling factor.

The material we used for manufacturing this material is high-quality Mild Steel and we Manufacture it in various sizes according to our customers requirements. We manufacture with adiameter up to 300mm.

Valve noise is generated by high-pressure drops across the Valve and by the subsequent turbulence downstream.

As a direct result, noise is radiated to the surrounding area by the downstream Piping system. In certain situations equipment damage or personal injury could be caused by a noise source.

Therefore noise reduction is not only desired it is mandatory.

Low noise plate is a pressure reduction device that is installed downstream from a control Valve. The total pressure drop needed for flow control of a flow control loop is divided between the Valve and Plate.

This enables the valve to operate at a lower pressure ratio. The Low noise plates also greatly reduce and control Valve noise level generated by Steam, Gas or Vapor flow.

A properly selected Low noise Plate Valve combination can result in up to 40 dBA noise reduction.

The Front & Rear Bearing Axles are devices used to allow an Axle to spin without resistance, wear and seizure.

The Front Bearing Axles and Rear Axles bearing are typically comprised of roller-type bearings. The common Axle bearings provide a wider contact surface than the usual ball bearing can provide.

The bearing Axles are lubricated by the Differential oil. The Axle bearings differ from a front wheel Axle bearing that is commonly packed with high-temperature bearing grease.

The Axle bearings are located near the end of the Axle tube in what is known as a bearing cup. A rumble or grinding noise coming from the wheel area is often the first indication that a bearing is needing to be replaced.If the bearings are damaged there is also a possibility that there can be severe damages to the vehicles also.

Rear Axle bearing size is considered to be bigger.

A Cam Shaft LH and RH has one or more Cams attached to it.

This is generally connected to the Piston which transmits the power.

The power is produced by the internal combustion engine.

Some engines rely on a single Camshaft per cylinder bank, which is known as a single overhead Camshaft (SOHC).

Most engines are driven by a two Camshafts per cylinder bank arrangement (one camshaft for the intake valves and another for the exhaust valves) such Camshaft arrangement is known as a double or dual overhead CAM (DOHC).

Thus, a V engine, which has two separate cylinder banks, may have four Camshafts (colloquially known as a quad-cam engine).We AEC produces camshafts or Earthmovers which have only one cam at one end and the other end is machined with grooves.

Planetary Gearbox works on Planetary motion principle with various parts and stages.

Accordingly, each stage of the Planetary Gearbox consists of central sun gear meshing.

The gear is accurately positioned with three planet gears around it. The purpose of this is to mesh with the internal teeth of the outer ring gear.Normally, the Ring gear is stationary and forms the part of

the housing. Therefore the input is given to the Sun gear and output is derived from the three planet gears through a planet carrier.

However, out of these three gears anyone can be held stationary. The second is driven by input and the output can be derived from the third member.
