Globe & Gate Valves are linear motion Valve and are primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow.
Conventional Globe Valves may be used for isolation and throttling services.
Although these Valves exhibit slightly higher pressure drops than straight through valves (e.g., gate, plug, ball, etc.), they may be used where the pressure drop through the Valve is not a controlling factor.

As a direct result, noise is radiated to the surrounding area by the downstream Piping system. In certain situations equipment damage or personal injury could be caused by a noise source.

Low noise plate is a pressure reduction device that is installed downstream from a control Valve. The total pressure drop needed for flow control of a flow control loop is divided between the Valve and Plate.
This enables the valve to operate at a lower pressure ratio. The Low noise plates also greatly reduce and control Valve noise level generated by Steam, Gas or Vapor flow.
A properly selected Low noise Plate Valve combination can result in up to 40 dBA noise reduction.

Ball Bearing Cages & Retainers. The Cage bearing is the component in a Ball bearing that separates the balls, maintains the balls symmetrical radial spacing.
It also in most cases, holds the bearings together. Rotary bearings hold rotating components such as shaft or axles within mechanical systems.
They also transfer axial and radial loads from the source of the load to the structure supporting it in earth movers.

Planetary Gearbox works on Planetary motion principle with various parts and stages.
Accordingly, each stage of the Planetary Gearbox consists of central sun gear meshing.
The gear is accurately positioned with three planet gears around it. The purpose of this is to mesh with the internal teeth of the outer ring gear.
Normally, the Ring gear is stationary and forms the part ofthe housing. Therefore the input is given to the Sun gear and output is derived from the three planet gears through a planet carrier.
However, out of these three gears anyone can be held stationary. The second is driven by input and the output can be derived from the third member.
