• Spraying ZoneIn this zone there are 2 Zones i.e. High Pressure Zone & Normal Pressure Zone. It is equipped with water collector ducts. This zone is normally made by SS Piping & SS Water Spraying Nipples. The area of spraying zone & the Pressure is mainly depending on client requirement. This zone is covered by Stainless Steel / GI leak proof canopy with proper illumination & observation windows, made by Toughen Glass. The object entry & exit doors are optional depend on clients requirement
• Drying ZoneIn this zone there are 2 main air blowers which have vertical & horizontal high pressure drying vents. By using high capacity blowers the fresh air sucked from atmosphere and blows it on vehicle after filtering with appropriate filters. This zone is also covered by Stainless Steel / GI leak proof canopy with GI ducting
• Water Pumping & Recycling ZoneThis zone is equipped with Water tank with water level sensors & indicators. Water Filtering System, Water Pressure monitoring system.
• Slat Conveyor / Plastic Slat ConveyorThis is anti-corrosive Hot Dip Galvanized Conveyor. All structure & Slats are hot dip galvanized. Or we can use Plastic Chain Instead of GI Slats. This conveyor comes in two modes of operations i.e. Automatic Mode & Manual Mode. Operation Speed & Sizes are depending on clients Requirement.
• Electrical InterfacesThe main operations are control by Main Electric Control Panel. The partial controlling devices are installed at Object Entry & Exit Doors. • Structure of Open Deck CanopiesIn this type there is only the load of light fittings on the structure of canopy, so we take light weight tubular structure. It is detachable, so that in future if our client wants to move the canopy, then it will be very easy. Simple types of Brackets on which the Light Fitting will be installed. These types of structures are low in the costs.
• Structure of Closed Deck canopiesIn this type there is a heavy load of Light Fittings, Covering Panels & Air Ducts on the structure, so we take heavy weight rolled steel structure i.e. MS beams & MS Channels. This is also a detachable type of structure. In this type the light fitting are usually install from outside of covering panels. Surface coating type is mainly depending upon the client requirement i.e. G.I. Coating, painting or Powder Coating.
• IlluminationThis is the main part of light canopies. Client has to specify the different lux levels of light at different points of the Object (places) in the canopies & colors of light. The spacing between the light fittings & positions of light fittings depend on the required lux level at required points of vehicle.
