Reverse Engineering is done by us to extract any physical objects shape in the digital form. Data is generated using latest 3D non-contact scanning techniques for reproducing, troubleshooting, studding, analyzing, inspecting and for other purposes in downstream applications. The generated digital data is made available either in plain form of XYZ Points that are also called:
- Point cloud
- Surface Models
- Polygon mesh Models (STL)
- Watertight solid Models
- Color coded easy to read inspection reports
- Cross sections or Spines
Generation of A Class & B Class Surface is done from 3D Point Cloud Data and the surface model is transferred to solid modelers for addition of any solid features. The Data can be read in any type of CAD system by first converting it. A few of the supported file formats are given below:

Advantages - CAD models are easily updated for reflecting changes in model, object, tool or die.
- Tool and die parts can be easily duplicated using the surface model
- To make the desired tooling, the solid models can be created from the physical product designs for e.g. clay and other prototypes
