Tantalum Resistors

Axial-lead tubular hermetically sealed solid tantalum capacitors have proven reliability and performance, combined with low leakage current, high capacitance and low dissipation factor with very high stability over time. They can withstand high frequency vibrations from 55 to 2000 Hz at 20g with no internal damage. Plastic film insulating sleeve hermetically sealed withstand life test of 2000 hours at 85 degrees C at rated WDCV. These capacitors have been proven in commercial, harsh environments of industrial and military applications. Solid tantalum capacitors are suitable for decoupling, blocking, by-passing, filtering and r-c timing circuits.

  • Size (mm) 6.30 x 3.10, 5.00 x 2.60
SMD resistors are rectangular in shape. They have metallised areas at either end of the body of the SMD resistor and this enables them to make contact with the printed circuit board through the solder. The resistor itself consists of a ceramic substrate and onto this is deposited a metal oxide film. The thickness, and the length of the actual film determines the resistance. In view of the fact that the SMD resistors are manufactured using metal oxide, means that they are quite stable and usually have a good tolerance.
