Our specialized controllers respond to changes in the speed of the conveyor line and the position of the job, to automatically govern the amount of glue, the application position and length, ensuring accurate, consistent gluing and improved productivity.  Our cold gluing carton system can perform long-lasting high-strength glue sealing to cartons. The controller automatically governs the amount, positioning and length of the gluing depending on the conveyor speed and changes in the position of the carton, to ensure accurate and consistent gluing. This system can also be used together with hot-melt systems.  The cold glue inside the glue tank is driven by compressed air to the nozzle where it is applied to the carton. The controller governs the gluing movement of the applicator nozzle.
