The apparatus designed for this function is the motor control center (MCC). The complete modularity of this system allows maximum freedom when designing Motor Control Centres. Genset Control Panels

We offer DG Synchronizing Panels which are based on Auto / Manual sharing, Auto Synchronising, Auto KW & KVAR sharing and Load dependent start / stop features. Changing of schemes are made through PLC & software which work in tandem with the Generator Control Package Relay that also takes care of power monitoring, Communication, display as well as protection.

For any type of load addition or reduction, manual intervention with respect to DG Set operation is not required. However, in case of emergency, manual operation impossible.

Load dependent stop and stop facility can also be incorporated in the logic in order to further save fuel costs and wear & tear of the DG sets. Unequal sizes of DG sets can also be synchronised with special relays and PLC logic. Multiple DG sets can be Synchronisation is possible.

Control Panels

Inside a switchboard there will be one or morebusbars. These are flat strips of copper or aluminum, to which the switchgear is connected. Busbars carry largecurrentsthrough the switchboard, and are supported by insulators.

The operator is protected fromelectrocutionby safety switches andfuses. There may also be controls for the supply of electricity to the switchboard, coming from a generator or bank ofelectrical generators, control ofAC powerand load sharing controls.

Modern industrial switchboards are metal enclosed and of Single & Double front construction; no energized parts are accessible when the covers and panels are closed. The metal enclosure of the switchboard is bonded to earth ground for protection of personnel. Large switchboards free-standing floor-mounted enclosures with provision for incoming connections at either the top or bottom of the enclosure. A switchboard may have incoming bus bars or bus duct for the source connection, and also for large circuits fed from the board. A switchboard may include a metering or control compartment separated from the power distribution conductors.

APFC Panel has microcontroller based programmable controller which switches the capacitor banks of suitable capacity automatically in multiple stages by directly reading the reactive load (RKVA) which works in the principle of VAR sensing tends to maintain the PF to 0.99 Lag. SOFT STARTER Panel

A soft starter has different characteristics to the other starting methods. It has thyristors in the main circuit, and the voltage is regulated with electronic circuits. The soft starter makes use of the fact that when the motor voltage is low during start, the starting current and starting torque also low. For high rise Apartments, complexes and commercial establishments, individual metering provision for each LT supply. These Panels are generally approved by the Electricity Authorities and involve sealing of compartments in such a manner we made the metering Panel. The current limiting devices are used to each LT supply, ensure that the Main Transformer is not overloaded and individual raising main cables are also protected. Wherever, DG Power is to be supplied to the Apartment or Commercial establishment during times of EB Power failure, an Automatic Changeover cum Current Limiter is used. This not only automatically changes over the Power from EB to DG and back, but also limits the use of the DG power to a pre-set limit so as not to overload the DG set.

Bus Duct

The bus bar system forms the main power distribution within an assembly and is one of the critical elements determining the assemblys operational reliability and safety. The bus bar system is designed to withstand the mechanical and thermal stress existing during normal service as well as under fault conditions. The main bus bar can be arranged at the top, bottom or at any module in between in the enclosure.

The bus bar support insulators are used a high grade SMC/DMC/FRP which can withstand all the mechanical and thermal stresses involved. All systems up to 8800 A can be assembled as standard. Multiple Bus bar per phase arrangement is used. This allows connections and extensions to be made with either Copper or Aluminium bus bars. For higher ratings interleaved bus bar arrangements are also offered for lesser temperature rise and efficiency in conducting current.
