Process Operation

• Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation.
• Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose
• The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time.
• After liquid filling bottles are delivered to capping/labeling machine conveyor for further operations.

Process Operation

The incoming sterilized dry bottle is fed through the in-feed turn table. Suitable guide supply bottles on to flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There is filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line. When bottle reaches to the mechanical holder detained filling station, Bottle sensor sense the bottles and Magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It fills the desired amount of powder into the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously determined. Duly filled bottles go upward on to the sealing station with the help of SS conveyor belt.

Machine is with conveyor belt. Above this machine there is a lighting source to inspect the capsule minutely. The capsules come out thought vibrator and move on the conveyor belt and while moving they revolve around their axis due to angular guides. This total visual inspection can be undertaken by an operator to sort out defective capsules.

Capsule Polishing Machine

Consisting of a stainless steel chambers installed with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector. The capsules travel from one end to other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. In this course the powder on the capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust extractor. The sterilized powder is stored in powder hopper is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density. The powder wheel having eight ports rotates at the pre determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. Powder wheel consist of Piston in each port and behind the powder wheel vacuum plate is provided there is no clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate due to back spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is sucked in to the port of powder wheel during vacuum according to the piston length different fill size can be achieved. The excess powder is doctored off by a doctor blade. Doctor blades can be adjusted from outside also without removing powder hopper. When powder wheel indexes further and remain in the port due to the vacuum till it reaches just vertically above the container. The time dose of Compressed air (Nitrogen Gas), sterilized low pressure air sequentially flushes out powder from the port of powder wheel in to the container one by one. The filled containers are immediately separated on the conveyor by bottle separator and moves further for stoppering operation. The sterilized, siliconised, rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves to vibratory bowl and stacked vertically in the rubber stopper chute. The container is hold firmly between pair or timing belt to pickup rubber stopper from exit end of the chute. Further the container is passed between two pressing roller for tight fit fixing of rubber stopper.
