Onion Skin Tube Filler Sealer

Onion Skin Tube Filler built on principle of slant travel of tubes while filling and sealing, to take care of vide variation of tube neck dimensions & thicknesses of available standard tubes. The Filling unit built on Stainless Steel Square pipe frame and totally encompassed with Stainless Steel coverings, in pleasing matt finish. Further, the large opening available at the bottom side for ease of absolute cleaning. The pendant type electrical control panel is lifted from machine for ease of operation and safety.

Process Operation

The sterilized tube tray directly loaded in to slant hopper of the unit. The Synchronized star wheel delivers tubes, one by one on moving eccentric tube rack in single. During the stoppage of rack sequentially pre-gassing, filling, post gassing, pre heating and final sealing is achieved.

Bottle Filling Equipment

  • Feature Machine construction in SS 304 material, Diving Nozzle for Foam free filling
Bottles are feed on to in-built Infeed turn table, from where it delivered to SS conveyor belt. Conveyor belt transport bottles to filling station. Filling station has Pneumatic bottle stopper for exact bottle neck centering of bottles during filling operation. Nozzle goes upwards slowly from the bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling to minimize forming adjustable nozzle is reciprocating according to filling dose. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt, this means different fill size can be set easily within minimum use of time. After liquid filling bottles are delivered to cappinglabeling machine conveyor for further operations.
