Applications with severe vibration may damage a pressure gauge beyond repair by damaging the internal parts particularly the movement, makes pointer reading difficult, may even through off the the gauge bezel. The Adarsh MXT Series Anti Vibration Gauge is specially designed by Adarsh Industries Mumbai, to sustain heavy vibration. The antivibration spring absorbs all the vibrations and enhances the gauge life considerably. Typical applications include on motors, pumps, marine application, diesel engines, hydraulic equipments and any such equipmensts which are prone to heavy vibration. Many times the solution provided is to make a panel to isolate the gauge from vibration however in this case the gauge has to be distanced from the point where actual indication is required. However the Adarsh MXT Series makes it is easy to mount the gauge at the point of vibration itself. The antivibration spring is also seperately available as an attachment with connections as per required.
Pressure Gauges with severe pusation easily get damaged, have difficulty in reading pressure. Using pulsation dampners or snubbers is an option but majority snubbers donot work where severe pulsation is present. The new Adarsh APDS Series Anti Pulsation Pressure Gauge is designed for such applications where there is severe pulsation. The unique design dampens the pulsation and makes for a better pointer reading and at that same time enchances the life of the gauge. Further there is no need of glycerin filling which is prone to leakages. The gauges are also protected from sudden pressure surges or spikes which are a major reason for gauge damage.
Electric contact pressure gauges are suggested where application is for control of pressure & for Audible or visible alarms. These gauges give electrical output which can be used to turn a motor on/off & similar applications. These gauges can be configured for a 1NO+1NC output or 1NO or 1NC or 2NO or 2NC output.
Duplex Pressure Gauges have double pointers and double connections. Pressure from two lines can be measured on a single pressure gauge. One black pointer indicates pressure of one line and red pointer indicates pressure of other line. The gauges are glycerin filled for optimum use.
Test / Master Gauges are used in laboratories, pressure gauge calibration, instrument testing and other applications where accuracy and repeatability is important. Available in0.5% and0.25% F.S. Accuracy.
Digital Temperature Gauges offer better accuracy compared to traditional mechanical temperature gauges. They are highly reliable compared to mechnanical gauges in terms of both longevity and accuracy. They dont need case compensation like liquid or gas filled temperature gauges, so you can always be sure about the accuracy of the gauge. The problem of giving continuous power to digital temperature gauge is solved by our unique electronics which ensures that internal battery life is upto 2 years and no other external ac or dc source is required. Either an rtd or thermocouple can be connected to show the temperature upto 600 / 1100 deg C respectively.
The ADARSH Homogenizer Gauge now lasts longer due to the new design feature incorporated inside the gauge. Generally homogenizer gauge is used in food, dairy industry on Homozenizer Machines. Since it is a hygenic application diaphragm seal is used. Further the presence of continuous pulsating media and that too at High Pressure causes failure of ordinary diaphragm gauges. At Adarsh a diaphragm seal has been specially designed to sustain this high pressure pulsation and vibration. Available upto ranges 700 kg/cm2, bar / 10000 psi.
Liquid filled gauges are generally used for applications where vibration & pulsating media is a factor. Vibration leads to wear and tear of internal parts and causes the gauge to damage and an unsteady pointer reading. Glycerin or Silicon filling smoothens the movement of internal gears & parts and also reduces the fluterring of pointer to give a steady reading. These gauges are available with either brass internals or ss internals.
