Full-circle manual polarimeter is ideal for determining concentration levels of samples for application in the medical, educational, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries etc.
Easy Measurement : The polarimeter have 589.44nm sodium lamp. After powered on, the polarized light, beam is immediately radiate to the filter, polarizer etc. You can observe distinct visual fields through eyepiece of instrument. Put the sample tube into measuring field chamber. Rotate the vernier knob again, you can view equal brightness. Road the scale frommagnifier that is measured value.
Specific optical Rotation Measurement Specific optical rotation is constant of substance, you can measure it by 100mm glass tube when temperature of solution is at 20oC
Purity Measurement : If you want to know sample’s purity you need only measure it’s the angle of rotation and calculate it.
Concentration Measurement : For substance of known specific optical rotation, you can measure the angle of rotation and calculation concentration accordingly.
International Sugar Scale : According to international sugar scale, the 26 grams of pure sugar in solution, the angle of rotation of solution is 34.262o. By rule, you can calculate the purity of sugar.

Automatic Temperature Compensation
(for APHS 3BW)
Using the suppled temperature probe, the temperature value is displayed on the screen. The meters provides manual or automatic temperature compensation mode for optimum accuracy under variable temperature conditions.
View Electrode Slope
After calibration, the percentage slope of the electrode is displayed before the meter returns to measurement mode per the stop value, you decides whethe to change the pH electrode.
Fluid Resistant Housing And Swivel Electrode Holder
The integrated plastic housing and keypad is sealed to protect against accidental spills and splashes. The electrode holder arm is rapidly switched to both sides and swivels and articulates for convenient use and positioning.
Auto-buffer Recognition
During calibration, if the calibration solution does not match the meter’s indicated value, and ERROR message is displayed.
Automatic Calibration
The meters is capable of calibrating up to 3 points using USA or NIST pH standard buffer. Press CAL key to enter calibration mode and immerse pH electrode into indcated calibration solution, press ENTER key and meter is automatically calibrated.
