All TESA Fibre boards are being manufactured with Hard wood so automatically the density of our product become better than other products available in market. Our Boards are having best routing characteristics due to special German Technology used to press the boards in a way so that compression pressure can reach to its core also thus making densified core which is required for high quality routing. We also produce in E0, E1 & E2 Grade.Can be use in door manufacturing, Decorative Display Panels.

Drying system for wood chips has been imported from MEC USA to give even moisture distribution in board resulting in structure stability of product. Inhouse glue is being manufactured for all products to make sure that all product must have reliable and stable quality in every lot.Pre-lamination is the pressing of MF impregnated decorative or solid color paper with uniform density & porosity on a Particle Board surface under controlled temperature & pressure in a define pressing cycle.

Decorative Melamine impregnated paper is pressed on to the surface of our MDF panel which has a designdecor surface which is factory finished. Action TESA has wide range of shade in both solid & wood grain shades rendered by specialized imported decor paper from Europe and other countries with uniform glue absorption properties. Action TESA today has the largest prelamination capacity in the country. Types of surface finish- Suede & Matt. We also produce in E0, E1 & E2 Grade.

A HDF based wall, ceiling & furniture embellishment panel with a thickness of 2.5mm having Embossed designed on the surface that can be polished with stain & lacquer. Manufactured from an intricate process where HDF is pressed under very pressure with precisely etched design plates to render exotic designs. Embossed HDF can easily be pasted & nailed on to any substrate. To add a finish a simple 2 tone polish with stain & lacquer can liven up the embossed designs. ? Action Tesa has more depth in Embossed HDF sheets and the depth is normally higher than 0.6mm whereas the others are just 0.2, 0.3mm. This results is a much more beautiful panel on Tesa HDF. Action Tesa is using DOME technology so the moisture content is distributed equally in panels while other panels having high moisture content & moisture is not equally distributed, resulting more complaint. Action Tesa HDF Board which is being specially manufactured in-house with wax so that the paint consumption is much less as compared to any other panel available.

The process of UV drying makes the end product Emission Free. The UV lacquering is a fully automated, synchronized PLC controlled process. The lacquering line with a length of 120 meter is aided with a series of online pumps, doctor rolls & double roller coaters that ensures precise & uniform lacquer spread on the wide format 4ft width Action TESA Fibre boards. The lacquered panels are then cured through a series of UV light curing chambers for hardening & the surface texture with an option of a High Gloss.A series of 9 layers of UV coating being done on Prelaminated Boards. Decorative paper being used for the surface of boards & a special kind of Prelamination process being adopted to make boards before UV coatings.

Laminate Flooring is a floating glue less click locked & sealed flooring similar to a jigsaw puzzle. In this method, the individual planks are locked on to each other by means of clicking together, but do not attach to the sub-floor on which it is being installed. Laminated Flooring is generally a HDF based tongue and groove interlocking flooring system that rest on top of the existing substrate like concrete slab, hard wood flooring or virtually any other flat hard surface that is suitable for installation.Laminate Flooring is popular due to its ease of installation & its simple maintenance, easy cleaning methods, resistance to stains & a very durable surface due to the "WEAR RESISTANT LAYER".
