Dosage

• Alcohol and ethanol industry: The recommended dosage is 0.6-1.2 L per ton of total raw materials.
• Brewing industry: The recommended dosage is 0.4-0.8 L of the enzyme preparation per ton of total raw materials, added at mashing-in.
• Starch sugar industry: The recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0 L per ton of dry starch.
• Other industries: Can also be used in the processing of rice wine, vinegar, antibiotics and citric acid industry, etc. to increase yield and reduce fermentation time.
• RemindingThe dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.

Safety

Enzyme preparations are proteins, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucousa, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. • Product Standard: ISO / CE / Halal / Kosher
• Definition of Activity: 1g solid enzyme (or 1mL liquid enzyme), under specific temperature and pH level, when put through the process of zymolyte hydrolysis for 1 min will produce 1 μmol of titratable fatty acid. This is defined as 1 unit of enzyme activity and is shown as u/g (u/mL).
• Working Temperature: 30°c-70°c (Effective), 55°c-65°c (Optimum).
• Working pH: 2.5-11.0 (Effective), 3.3-4.0 (Optimum).
• Ca2+ and Mg2+ have increasing effect on enzyme activity; Zn2+, Fe2+ and Hg2+have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity. Cu2+ and EDTA has less effect on enzyme activity.

Application

• In Flour product, Lipase can be used to repair the weak connection part, so can improve the paste stability and gas holding capacity, and make bread core white and luster, appearance of steam buns are white-bright. Recommended dosage:0.01-0.05 kg/ton flour (100, 000u/g). Lipase use cooperatively with Xylanase, Fungal α-Amylase, Glucose oxidase can complex improve the flour products’ quality.
• In leather-working, Lipase fully applied to leather’s fat, evenly soften raw materials on the warm condition, on the basis of reducing the chemical dosage to increase yield of leather, decrease the leather face winkle, make the effect clear. Lipase usually used in decreasing and softening process, recommended dosage: 0.02-0.06% (in terms of raw materials quality, enzyme activity is 100, 000 u/ml(u/g)). Lipase usually mix with alkaline protease can optimize the use effect.
• Add Lipase in Fodder can release the short-chain fatty acid, raising utilization ratio of raw materials, improve the fodder flavor, general dosage:0.01-0.05 kg/ton (100, 000 u/g).
• In paper-making, Lipase can be used to remove the triglycerides in mechanical pulping, and improve deinking rate of waste paper deinking. Dosage 0.04-0.1 kg/ton, pulp (100, 000 u/g).

 Application  

• In production process of alcohol: add the enzyme at 60 °Cin the rate of 120-200 u/g, keep for 30-60 minutes.
• In production process of starch sugar: add the enzyme in the rate of 100-300 u/g at pH 4.2-4.5, keep at 60°C.
• In production process of dry beer: add the enzyme before saccharification or fermentation, because it can improve the sugar degree of dry beer.
• In brewing of liquor and manufacture of vinegar: substituting yeast with the enzyme can improve yield efficiency.
• In manufacture process of gourmet powder, antibiotics, citric acid, and etc.: add the enzyme in the rate of 100-300 U/g at pH 4.5 and 60°C.  

Storage

Should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place; protect from direct sunlight, heat and dampness; avoid storing with poisonous and harmful substances.

Alkaline Protease

The Alkaline Protease is a solid enzyme produced by submerged fermentation from Bacillus licheniformis. It is widely applied in detergent, leather depilation and softening, silk degumming, Heparin Sodium, Chondroitin and etc.

Definition of Activity

One gram of solid Alkaline Protease powder at 40°C and pH 10.5 hydrolyze casein in one minute to produce 1μg tyrosine is defined as one enzyme activity unit and marked with u/g.
