AT-SVFD Semi Automatic, Double Head, Volumetric Type Liquid Filling Machine is used to fill bottles in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, chemical, food, dairy, Beverage and any other related industries.
The machine is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly finished cabinet, having Liquid Filling Nozzles attached with Syringes. The syringes are driven by mechanical cam and geared motor drive. Empty bottles to be placed under the filling nozzles manually at the time when the filling nozzles dispenses preset amount of material in the bottles, after that bottles to be replaced manually and filled bottles moves for further process manually.

The coating Pan Machine is used for sugar/spray coating of tablets in pharmaceuticals, food, dairy, and other related industries. The machine is driven by AC Motor coupled with a Gearbox having variable speed. The machine is also equipped with heaters and a blower for heated air. 20L capacity tank is also provided with the machine, fitted with a peristaltic pump for liquid control and a pneumatic arrangement for air control to maintain mist for spray. The machine is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly finished body, having a stainless steel hopper, sieve chamber with rotor assembly driven by a motor and an outpur chamber. Material is feed in hopper which leads it to rotor assembly having 12blades and 2scrapers where it got crushed, then passes out from screen of the sieve chamber in desired size and finally got out from drain of output chamber.

AT-PK Paste Kettle is used for preparing paste / starch / binder solution in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.
The paste kettle is specially designed to melt down the product to make paste. It has a dish end vessel with jacket for heating, top mounted stirrer with anchor type blades for paste mixing, provided with a spout on top of kettle for pouring out binder mass and also has tilting arrangement for discharging the product.

Filter Press consists of a filter cartridge assembly having SS filter plates, a Support screen, and interlocking Cups fitted in the SS tank with a pressure-tight lid.
