To observe the product characteristics and failure occurrences caused by different materials and their thermal expansion coefficients, thermal shock testing is subjected to the product. In thermal shock testing alternating high and low temperatures are fed in the chamber. WEIBER designs and manufactures customised THERMAL SHOCK TEST CHAMBER with separately controlled temperature zones (2 zone and 3 zone), depending on configuration of the chamber chosen.

WEIBER offers several configurations of thermal shock chambers capable of meeting a wide variety of testing needs:

The extremely accelerated stress environment is defined by high temperature, high humidity and high pressure. WEIBER provides humidity resistance evaluation test for electronics components through customizedExtremely Accelerated Stress Test Chamber. This chamber provides high performance test in minimal amount of time according to international IEC 60068-2-66 standard. This chamber reduces the time taken for humidity testing in electronic components. 2 types of tests saturated and unsaturated extremely accelerated stress test can be performed. They are used to simulate constant temperature and humidity conditions, thereby creating a physiologically ideal environment for product testing. These equipments are most commonly employed for testing electrical devices, electronic parts and components, instruments, biological samples, food items and other manufactured and processed goods and find widespread usage in scientific research organizations, semiconductor industries, material research institutes and other industrial and manufacturing units.

The WeiberConstant Climate Chamberscome equipped with an easy to use LCD touch screen controller and a graphic display to allow monitoring of the set and actual working parameters. The equipment is capable of displaying the relative date and information of the whole operating system even in a running mode. The instructions, maintenance, precautions and troubleshooting options are displayed on the screen instantly for added ease of use. They provide optimum conditions of high temperature and high relative humidity for accelerated fingerprint development processes, while maintaining astonishing clarity and higher throughput. Unlike the conventional methods that may even require days before processing of results, the WeiberFinger Print Development Chamberare capable of processing fingerprints quite rapidly and the results can be obtained within a few minutes. These equipments offer a wide temperature and humidity range and use microprocessor based controllers for highly precise control of operating parameters for highly accurate and stable working conditions, ensuring reliable and repeatable results. The unit ideally operates at 80C and 65% RH for fingerprint detection using ninhydrin and at 100C for detection using DFO.
