Round hot plate:
The body is made of P.C.R.C. sheet duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The top cost iron heating plate is round having 20 cm dia, with heating elements of 1.5 KW rating. Temperature is controlled by energy regulator upto 3500C.
Batch ovens are used for a wide variety of heat processes including drying, curing, aging, annealing, stress relieving, bonding, tempering, preheating, and forming. Batch ovens are essentially heated boxes with insulated doors that process products one at a time or in groups. These are for applications where load size or production volumes vary substantially. Batch oven have been designed to accommodate a variety of load sizes and production volumes. It accommodates horizontal air flow virtually from Front-to-back without restricting air passage to provide rapid heating with high thermal transfer to the chamber contents and high uniformity within the chamber. It also helps to eliminate water or moisture accumulated during the pre-treatment washing process.

Burn-in ovens are engineered for applications such as high dissipation forward bias, high-temperature reverse bias, dynamic and static burn-in of IC, RAM, ROM, microprocessors and other semiconductor devices.
Integrated Circuits (ICs) and other electronic devices are burned in at elevated temperatures to stress and exercise the devices under test. The high temperatures force early failure, known as infant mortality, at this point rather than later when they are in use in a finished product. This dramatically improves the reliability of the product. During burn-in the temperature rises as the air travels across the chamber due to the heat dissipated by the devices. High volume recirculation fans maintain consistent, uniform temperatures.

Anaerobic Oven is specially designed for anaerobic heat treatment or temperature-characteristics testing with non-oxidizing gas such as carbon dioxide or nitrogen. The oven is hermetically sealed to decrease oxygen inside it. An optional oxygen concentration indicator and regulator is available. Forced Convection Ovens use a motor driven circulating fan that is placed between the units inner and outer housings. A timer is placed inside them that control the fan and the heating element. This kind of ovens work faster than conventional ovens because it uses the fan that keeps on circulating to ensure that even distribution of heat and faster cooking takes place.
Forced convection ovens are basically designed to save time of heating. The temperature that is inside these units are moderated through hydraulic type thermostat or with a digital controller microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator to achieve maximum accuracy.
These are also known as heat advection. There are many types of mixing that can also utilize forced convection to basically distribute one substance to another. Forced convection can even happen by natural means such as when the heat of a fire causes expansion of air and bulk air flow. In this type of process the fan rapidly circulates hot air forces heat faster than would naturally happen due to simple heating even without a fan.
