Rotap Sieve Shaker

We offers table Rotap Sieve Shaker assists in producing uniform motion for shaking. It is used for research and development, quality control of raw materials, as well as in production monitoring.

A horizontal circular motion overlies a vertical motion which is created by a tapping impulse. These motional processes are characteristic of hand sieving and produce a higher degree of sieving for denser particles (e.g. abrasives) than throw-action sieve shakers.

Rotap Sieve Shaker is driven by H.P. Electricx motor through a reduction gear, can carry upto SIX , 6 OR 8 /12 /18 Test Sieves with one set of LID AND Pan . This Rotap motion of the table is an upward and downward movement but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction or inclination charges progressively in clockwise direction having frequency of about 270 vibration per minutes. Unit having six Stainless Steel needles fixed on Stainless Steel pipe of approx 12.5 mm dia with side water tap. Tank made of Stainless Steel. (with timer/without timer).

The objective of the wet sieve test is to obtain basic index information about the soil, that can be used to estimate strength and permeability. It is the primary form of classification for granular soils.

There are some materials which, when tested dry, produce less than accurate particle analysis results.
