Refrigerated Fluid Chiller System cools various fluids such as water, water/glycol or oil down to, or below, the ambient temperature. These provide Stable and reliable cooling for many common heat removal applications, including laser etching, AA furnaces, ICP, rotary evaporators, vacuum systems, reaction vessels, plasma etching and condenser cooling. Water cooled chiller is a refrigeration apparatus that produces cold water or water/glycol mix, to cool industrial process equipment or provide comfort cooling for buildings. A water chiller uses the evaporation of a refrigerant to cool the fluid through a heat exchanger. Weiber offers a large selection of water cooled chillers/heater with quality construction and innovative technology, serving a variety of industries. The size and type of equipment used varies from small pre-packed low temperature environmental chambers of only a few horsepower (kW) to large custom-designed and often field-erected systems ranging to several hundred horsepower (kW).
The larger units are by nature one-of-a-kind, designed and built for a specific purpose, for a specific duty at a precisely controlled low temperature condition. The large units use a combination of one, two or more refrigerants in open cascade arrangements to obtain the desired low temperature. 7 standard models are available to choose from however we have the capacity to customize the specification as per individual needs.
