Acier Equipment offers precision, heavy duty 2 Hi Rolling Mill for bi-metal strips sintering line. The mill is equipped with motorized electromechanical screw-down system, entry guide for strip centering, and deflector roll on exit side. The mill is specially designed for bi-metal strips sintering line, and has speed control system. The mill speed is controlled by DC thyristor drive system, which gives finest speed control. Eddy current drive variable speed control system can also be provided on specific request. The heavy duty re-coiler is synchronized with mill drive, and hence does not require to attend it , once it is set for required tension mode.
