In a typical Tube Filling Machine the Tubes are loaded in an Ergonomic Tube Loader with a capacity to hold 3 to 5 boxes of empty tubes (Metal or PlasticLaminated). Depending on the machine speed, 1, 2 or 3 tubes (caped side down) are inserted by a Tube Tilter into the first station of the Multi-station Rotary Indexing Table. The tubes are then air-vacuum cleaned, oriented, filled, sealed crimped and coded on the various stations. The last station of the indexing table ejects the finished tubes. The products Ointment, Cream, Silicone, Glue, Shampoo, Bubble bath, Toothpaste and Gel are filled into the tubes by a volumetric piston which controls the amount of product to be filled in to the tube.
