To meet requirements of hygiene in the food and pharmaceutical sector, we offer machines fabricated entirely from STAINLESS STEEL 304 / 316. The machines are offered in Platform and table top version and come with all features of standard machines but are built from Stainless Steel.

The machines can be equipped with Stainless Steel loadcells as an additional option, in both single and multi loadcell platforms

We provided fully electronic weighbridges that can be mounted flush to ground or above ground with access ramps. All bridges utilize IP 68 protected loadcells made from Alloy or Stainless Steel. Designed for outdoor use, they come with inbuilt lightning protections. A detailed painting procedure ensures that the platform does not corrode in outdoor areas. Optional jumbo displays and networking of weighbridges is possible.

Weighbridges can be provided with complete data management and ticket printing software available in a standard format or customized. Weighment tickets can be printed on pre-printed stationery or basic plain paper. Detailed records of weighment are maintained and can be exported for further MIS.

Self contained mechanical lorry weighbridges with Dial or Steelyard indications. Can also be equipped with a digital indicator to provide both mechanical and digital indication of weight. Scales have heavy levers made from graded cast iron, high strength steel beams and a thick top plate, provided with iron ribs at convenient lengths.

Heavy duty pedestal machines with a variety of pans on top. Constructed from a tough cast iron body, with precision springs and a precise pointer on a clear chart. Machine can be equiped with a shatterproof cover for the dial . Availaible in bulk quantity for overseas clients

Our liquid filling systems are built to ensure consistent , precise and fast fills in bottles , containers, carboys and drums. They are available for liquids and semi viscous materials like grease. These semi automatic machines fill containers based on NET OR GROSS Weight . High precision is ensured due to dual stage valves that provide speed and accuracy. The machine can be coupled to platforms with powered or stationery rollers and integrated to a PLC to provide complete automation.
