High Temperature Furnace monitoring live videocamera system AST TFV-750, TFV-750/OV, TFV-1100& TFV-1100/OV provides wide angle view of burner flames, material alignment & other processconditions in furnace, kiln, boiler, cooler, reheatingfurnace or other combustion chamber. The AST TFVSeries is mounted on wall of the furnace.
The system has auto-retraction & auto insertion which is regulated by control cabinet with PLC &pneumatic control system.
It uses special HD camera with high precision pin holelens which is mounted inside stainless steel probe.The probe is equiped with vortex air & water cooling system that enables the system to work in hightemperature environment & also continuous supplyof air keeps the lens clean.The camera is inserted through a shutter which openswith the force of camera probe & shuts the furnaceopening when the probe retracts.
A250+ and 450+ is a highly accurate digital single color IR Focusable pyrometer to provide high performance and low maintenance of non contact temperature measurement in demanding industrial and R&D environments. The IR pyrometer parameters can be selected via the key pads on the back panel. The settings are displayed on the OLED Display. In the measuring mode real time temperature is displayed. In Pyrometers with video module real time colour video, measuring temperature and emissivity is displayed on the television screen. A250+ and 450+ have focusable optics for optimal match of the instrument for various applications. The pyrometers are equipped with RS-485; analog outputs 0/4.20. Switching laser ON/OFF does not effect the measurement.
ast a5-in is specially designed ir pyrometers for non-contact temperature measurement of aluminum. asta5-inis a multi-wavelength plug and play pyrometer use application specific data base derived from years of experience in real application. ast a5-in use special algorithms to accurately calculate both the actual temperature and emissivity ofthe surface. ast a5-in can hold multiple data base so that single instrument can be easily switched between multiple application like molten metal, extruded profiles, rolled aluminum surface, continuous casting, aluminum billets, slabs etc. it has a laser pointer which is aligned in line with the detector so that it ensures both laser and detector looks in to the same spot. this helps precise aiming even in long distances. ast a5-in offer bluetooth communication so that it can communicate with android smart phones or laptop for viewing the measured temperature and for adjusting the parameters / selection of data base and data logging.
The FeverSCAN System is designed for temperature screening in public areas. It uses a highly accurate IR pyrometer to find individuals with higher body temperature. It also uses a visual camera to take the picture for future identifications. It consists of a miniature inbuilt PC which processes the data in realtime. Whenever a person walks in front of the camera head, Visual images along with face temperature are displayed on the 7 screen. In case, FeverSCAN detects any person with high body temperature than the normal temperature; a visual and audio alarm is generated and the picture along with the temperature is saved for further analysis. Based on the preliminary detection of fever, the detailed investigation can be done. The FeverSCAN can store up to 5000 pictures with temperature and all the data can be transferred to a USB drive with just one click.
LTE-80 Thermal imaging camera offers a broad range of applications across several different industries.Currently industries are using spot temperature pyrometers to measure temperature of a critical points. LTE-80 can replace such pyrometers with better area coverage and will also give individual pixel temperature.
