Series AES-023 are Wave spring, pusher type unbalanced seals used for universal applications. The seals are compact in design suiting all types of rotating equipments, pumps and mixers. Drive lugs in the retainer will provide torque transmission and reduce slippage on shaft and sleeve. A snap ring holds all components together, helping in easy installation. The parts are interchangeable, AES-023 can be converted to AES-023 by just changing the seal ring and the secondary member.

Series AES-024 is single coil with rubber bellow mainly for use in wast water treatment plants in the sewage applications. The rubber bellow protects the shaft / sleeve from fretting. The bellows is not subjected to any torsonial stress. Torque transmission is through the spring and spring holder. Self aligning features accomodate abnormal shaft runout and primary sealing wear. The single coil spring will avoid effluent particles.
