Brain yoga: Every day 15min session of brain yoga The child would be taught: • Simple techniques to stimulate both the left & the right hemispheres of the brain which will improve the performance, efficiency of the brain & thought process of the child. • Concentration exercises • Controlling your anger • Enhance Memory Power 3.Jago re (Social Awareness) Children will be paired in a group and will be working on a social cause only after a brain storming session. Thus creating an awareness & creativity. 4. Green wonders (Best from Waste) The Children will be asked to get used items such as coconut shell, plastic bottles, egg shells, pistachio shell etc. and will have to make a useful item out of it. 5. Bindas bol (Public Speaking and confidence building) Children will be briefed about what group discussion is. The activity of group discussion will enhance their knowledge and create self confidence in them. Topic will be given on the spot. And each child will be asked to give hisher input. 6.
