  • Take required quantity of Abirami Brown Rice Sevai and soak it in the vessel containing hot water for 3-5 minutes.
  • Drain the water and keep the sevai aside.
  • Heat the oil in pan. Crackle mustard, urad dal, and bengal gram. Add onions, green chillies, finely chopped capsicum, curry leaves and cook till onions become golden brown. Sprinkle required salt. Add cooked sevai and mix it thoroughly.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney or pickle.

Finger Millet Flakes

  • Mix 1 cup Abiram ifinger millet flakes powder with cup curd, 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper powder , curry leaves 1 spring and water as needed
  • Heat a tawa, spoon some batter from a height to form holes when making dosa.
  • Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden.
  • Flip over and cook.
