We introduce ourselves as a Company is in the business of manufacturing Engine Valves for the Internal Combustion engines used in the transport industry, automotive and captive power. We are located at Village Dhanore, near Alandi, Dist. Pune. We commenced commercial production in Jun, 1999. At present we are supplying valves to various spare markets allover India ( Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Latur, Nasik, Kolhapur, Sangali, Bhopal, Delhi, Varanasi, Kanpur, Ludhiana ) under the brand name “AEVL”. We are manufacturing valves for all Tata Motors Commercial vehicles (1613 Turbo Euro II, 1612 Chrome, 697 Nitrided, Sumo, 1210 Chrome) including Indica Diesel / Ace, Tata Cummins 6BT, Tata Cummins Euro III, Mahindra DI Tractors, KOEL AV1. In the near future we plan to introduce Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles valves in our range as well. Our manufacturing capacity is 6 mm to 12 mm Stem dia., 20 mm to 60 mm Head dia. & 75 mm to 300 mm Total length of valves. We have a dedicated team of engineers and workmen having relevant experience of 25 years. We are a fully equipped unit having In-house facilities for the manufacturing of Valves, right from Hot Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, Grinding, right up to Hard Chrome Plating and Liquid Nitriding. The machine shop provides facilities for machining and finish products to the levels specified by the customers. The finish machine shop is well equipped with high precision special purpose machines such as 250 Ton Forging Screw Press with Upsetter, Centreless Grinders – Wickman (UK) & Cincinnati, Valve Seat Grinder, Valve Straightening machine, PMB Make Copy Turning machine, Projection welding, Crack Testing machine. We also have all the required inspection facilities with us. The manufacturing process is subjected to continuous process controls to ensure high Quality and high performance followed by a final inspection of each and every component before dispatch. Implementing Total Quality assurance involving methodology like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, Process flow Diagrams, 7 Step / 8D Problem solving techniques, Process Mapping and Employee training. We shall dedicate ourselves to achieve total customer satisfaction by giving them an optimum quality product at a reasonable price with timely delivery & continuous improvement.
