Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing of woven bags involves various important steps. It begins with converting the raw materials into tapes which ultimately aids in reaching the final product. Once the process of conversion is completed, and tapes are made, they are weaved in the machine to convert them into woven fabric. Then, as per customer requirement, the extrusion coating process takes place, or at times it is directly transferred to the finishing stage. At this stage, several procedures like flexo printing, cutting, stitching and packing are being performed.

Manufacturing Process

Being widely used in the packaging sector, BOPP Woven bags inherit the qualities from its manufacturing process. It all starts with PP granules in the tapeline. Appropriate tapes made from the HDPE/PP granules move forward towards the looms where it takes the shape of fabric after weaving. Simultaneously the new BOPP film gets printed on the reverse rotogravure printing machine with the help of engraved cylinders as per the design, and is turned into a printed BOPP film. The fabric obtained from looms is then laminated with the printed BOPP film with the help of extrusion lamination process. After this the printed & laminated fabric roll moves towards the final stage of its manufacturing process, which is the finishing stage. In the finishing stage, the laminated roll goes through various processes such as cutting, bottom stitching, gusseting, top hemming, and EZ open, etc depending on the requirement. And above all this, we also offer various add-on features like the handle, perforation and your much-awaited BOPP bag gets ready. Manufacturing Process

The machine is fed in with (printed) BOPP Laminated Woven or Non-Woven fabric Roll. It first rotates the 15mm border on both ends & seals it with ultrasonic sealing, creating a base for the handle straps, which adds to the rigidity of the bag. Next comes the handle strap, which is made up of the same material (BOPP Laminated woven or Non-Woven Fabric) as the bag and is fed in through two different rolls on both the sides (crip tape roll) of optimum width for the handle. Then the machine cuts the fabric horizontally according to bag size with handles already attached to it.

 

This semi-finished, bag shaped fabric then moves ahead, where the machine folds and holds it in the shape of the actual bag until ultrasonic sealing is done. At last, the gusset is created by pressing the bag from both the face sides, and the final bag comes out of the machine, where the operator collects it to stack & finally, the best quality bottom gusset bag gets ready.

Manufacturing Process

The machine is fed in with (printed) BOPP Laminated Woven or Non-Woven Fabric Roll. It first rotates the 15mm border on both ends & seals it with ultrasonic sealing, creating a base for the handle straps, which adds to the rigidity of the bag. Next comes the handle strap, which is made up of the same material (BOPP Laminated woven or Non-Woven Fabric) as a bag and is fed in through two different rolls on both the sides (crip tape roll) of optimum width for the handle. Then the machine cuts the fabric horizontally according to bag size with handles already attached to it.

 

This semi-finished, bag shaped fabric then moves ahead, where the machine folds and holds it in the shape of the actual bag until ultrasonic sealing is done. At last, the gusset is created by pressing the bag from both the face sides, and the final bag comes out of the machine, where the operator collects it to stack & finally, the beautiful Shopping bags gets ready

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing of Block Bottom Bags involves various vital steps. It begins with loading a tubular roll of coated/laminated – printed woven fabric on the machine. As it passes through the machine, the fabric is first cut according to the bag cut length. Then, at the end(s) of the bag, one side of the fabric is flipped over the other and sealed hermetically (air-tight) using heat and pressure. Another roll unwinds itself to provide a rectangular strip to overlap the bag’s tight end(s). This process is called patching. The patch’s material is the same as that of the bag, and the size is predetermined. The creation of the valve takes place while the patch is attached. Finally, the block bottom bag is collected at the end of the machine.

Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing Process

The machine is fed in with (printed) BOPP Laminated Woven or Non-Woven fabric Roll. It first rotates the 15mm border on both ends & seals it with ultrasonic sealing, creating a base for the handle straps, which adds to the rigidity of the bag. Next comes the handle strap, which is made up of the same material (BOPP Laminated woven or Non-Woven Fabric) as the bag and is fed in through two different rolls on both the sides (crip tape roll) of optimum width for the handle. Then the machine cuts the fabric horizontally according to bag size with handles already attached to it.

 

This semi-finished, bag shaped fabric then moves ahead, where the machine folds and holds it in the shape of the actual bag until ultrasonic sealing is done. At last, the gusset is created by pressing the bag from both the face sides, and the final bag comes out of the machine, where the operator collects it to stack & finally, the best quality bottom gusset bag gets ready.

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing of Block Bottom Bags involves various vital steps. It begins with loading a tubular roll of coated/laminated – printed woven fabric on the machine. As it passes through the machine, the fabric is first cut according to the bag cut length. Then, at the end(s) of the bag, one side of the fabric is flipped over the other and sealed hermetically (air-tight) using heat and pressure. Another roll unwinds itself to provide a rectangular strip to overlap the bag’s tight end(s). This process is called patching. The patch’s material is the same as that of the bag, and the size is predetermined. The creation of the valve takes place while the patch is attached. Finally, the block bottom bag is collected at the end of the machine.
