The machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machine is an efficient converter, which handle web material orsubstrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, PVC, Aluminium Foil and other alliedmaterials from 10 microns to 50-micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration.

Complete with unwinding of Polyester film with tension control, mechanical brake, idler roller, heavy duty frame for easy load or unload the polyester film roll, all idler rollers are dynamically balanced M.S. with grinding and chroming mirror finish.  Main slitting station is designed with rotary cutter and stationery cutting unit to cut paper and foil with line guiding system driven with 1 H.P.AC variable drive.

This Machine is complete with Unwinding station with magnetic brake and safety clutch , Edge cum line guider system to make cutting portion in Lenoir accurate positions , die cutting station complete with easy load or unload of die attachment to save the time , and easy to adjust the cutting adjustment.

Complete with Anti-vibration table of L 1000MM x W 800MM x H 400MM complete with air pressure maintaining  system with heavy duty M.S. Plate with surface finish for easy to mount the magnetic bases of Optical. It also contain the complete set of Optical Fitted with the machine, Filters , beam splitters mounting plates , Slit Unit, Color changing unit, Objective mounting heads etc.

for wide web complete with one tank system (nickel Electroforming system which produce a copy of nickel shim) with fluid temperature control with high accuracy, heavy duty molded poly propylene tank, transformer with current density control and voltage spotting, Titanium baskets are supplied ready fitted with double sewn bags and complete with nickel rounds. Active carbon filter of plating solution is maintained access carbon from tank.
