The Machine is equipped with high frequency –electomagnetic Induction based sealers for producing airtight and almost sterile seam . The Machine is based on servo cutting system. The machine is equipped  with human machine interface(HMI) and Programmable Logical Controllers from Germany , Taiwan and Japan for easy operations .

IT IS SHUTTLE TYPE i.e. TWO MOULDS RUN SIMULTANUSLY, SAVING TIME AND ENHANCING PRODUCTION. HYDRAULIC POWER PACK IS SEPARATE FROM MAIN MACHINE TO EASE THE MAINTENANCE.
