This helps to reduce the manufacturing cycle time, and minimize the dependency on outsourcing yarn.In addition, internal spinning enables Aarvee to maintain consistency in fabric quality. The raw material, cotton that meets the required fibre characteristics like staple length, bundle strength , micronaire etc is procured from selected ginneries mainly from Gujarat and also from other states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Time to time , looking to the conditions of crop and price , company also imports cotton from USA, CentralSouth America, Pakistan etc.
